Lorenzo Amoruso, Met by the ITA in Milan
Former Bari, Mantova, Pescara and Fiorentina defender Lorenzo Amoruso signed for Rangers in 1997 for a fee of five million pounds, winning the SPL on 3 occasions with the Glasgow side. Known for his strong but erratic performances, Amoruso became a Gers hero during his time with the club, and is still talked about fondly by their supporters. Amoruso left Rangers in 2003 to join Premiership side Blackburn Rovers, but in 2006 injury forced a premature end to his career. The big man is currently back in his homeland of Italy
